IMPORTANT SAMPLE INSTRUCTIONS: Each customer may request up to 5 samples for a small shipping charge. To order multiple sample items, first browse to each item and “SAVE AS FAVORITE”. After all items are in your favorites on this screen, check the “Request Sample” checkbox next to up to 5 items you would like to order and click the “Order Samples” button. (Note that samples may arrive pre-printed, unprinted, and in separate envelopes on separate days depending on the items).
